"Organic" food stamps

It is well known that the lower ends of the socio-economic spectrum represent a disproportionate amount of the unhealthy in America. This is a serious issue and we need to start changing this now. One simple thing we can do is first have the government mandate that food stamps only be used to purchase foods that have been certified with nutritional value. Second, expand the food stamp benefits program to incentivize individuals to use more of these healthy food vouchers to feed themselves and their families rather than choosing MacDonald's to make their few dollars go further.
